The Employee State Insurance Act,1948

  •  Identifying the right date of ESI Applicability to an establishment.
  • Post identifying the date of applicability, suggesting the way forward in terms of the process followed towards registration, identifying past dues (if any), setting up timelines with HR and our team to ensure smooth and effective compliance on a monthly basis.
  •  Ensuring the ESI dues are worked out correctly and ensuring the salary process happens smooth with much ease.
  • Updating Insurance Numbers for employees who already have & generating Insurance Numbers of new  / fresh employees.
  • Updating KYC  of employees alongwith his family members on a timely basis and guiding employer / HR’s on any missing information.
  • Generation of ESI Challans for HO, Branch Offices and providing the same to the accounts team to ensure payments within the due date.
  • Ensuring timely submission and settlement of employee Accident Form, Death Case, Funeral benefit or any other benefit claim Applications.
  • Attending ESI Inspections / Assessment’s, notices and guiding employers on precautions to be taken during such assessment and drafting replies wherever required.
  • Keeping the HR’s and Clients updated on any new amendments / circulars / notifications pertaining to the Act.
  • Assisting employers during closures, mergers, amalgamations, union issues which has an impact of employees ESI.
  • Conducting seminars / workshops for employees on making them understand on the ESI Law / benefits as the case may be.
