  • Identifying the right date of PF Applicability to an establishment.
  • Post identifying the date of applicability, suggesting the way forward in terms of the process followed towards registration, identifying past dues (if any), setting up timelines with HR and our team to ensure smooth and effective compliance on a monthly basis.
  • Ensuring the PF dues are worked out correctly and ensuring the salary process happens smooth with much ease.
  •  Updating UAN for employees who already have, generating UAN of new  / fresh employees and ensuring smooth activation.
  •  Updating KYC’s of employees on a timely basis and guiding employer / HR’s on any missing information.
  •  Generationof PF Challans for HO, Branch Offices and providing the same to the accounts team to ensure payments within the due date.
  • Updating of Form 5A, Digital Signature, Specimen Signature, Email id and Mobile Numbers of the authorized person on PF Portal.
  • Assisting HR’s with e-nomination, PF Passbook and ensuring smooth bonding with HR and our team, which indirectly reduces the burden of HR.
  •  Ensuring new PF Declaration Form (Form 11) for all employees.
  • Assisting employees ensuring timely submission and settlement of employee PF Withdrawal / Claim, Pension Case, Death Case Settlement, EDLI (Insurance), Transfers &  Advance Applications online.
  •  Attending PF Inspections / Assessment’s, notices and guiding employers on precautions to be taken during such assessment and drafting replies wherever required.
  • Providing right advice towards compliance towards International & Contract employees.
  • Keeping the HR’s and Clients updated on any new amendments / circulars / notifications pertaining to the Act.

  •  Assisting employers during closures,mergers, amalgamations, union issues which has an impact on employee PF.

  • Conducting seminars / workshops for employees on making them understand on the PF Law / benefits as the case may be.
